Tickets
- Tickets are available upon arrival, but you may also reserve tickets in advance to select your preferred time slot.
- Tickets are valid for a single entry on the admission date only and may not be refunded or exchanged.
- General admission tickets include entry to temporary exhibitions and the permanent collection galleries.
- Groups of 25 or more visitors as well as commercial tour operators are requested to contact qosmvstl@qm.org.qa at least 24 hours in advance to arrange their visit.
Dress Code
- Out of respect for local culture, please dress modestly. Shoulders and knees should be covered.
- Entrance may be refused if your clothing is deemed unsuitable.
Safety and Security
- Access to the museum can sometimes be restricted due to events in Khalifa International Stadium. Please check our Visit page or follow us on Instagram and Facebook to stay up to date on information about museum closures and restrictions.
- All visitors must pass through a security check, and the museum reserves the right to inspect any bags brought onto the premises.
- Small bags are permitted, but large bags must be stored in the cloakroom available within the museum.
- The museum is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. However, if you think you have misplaced an item during your visit to the museum, please contact us at +974 4422 2022 or send an email to qosmvstl@qm.org.qa.
- Follow staff instructions for restricted or prohibited items. Check the list of restricted and prohibited items.
- Museum staff will regulate the number of visitors in the museum and gallery spaces.
- First aid is available onsite at the museum. Please alert a staff member from visitor services or security if you require immediate assistance.
Accessibility
- The museum's public areas are accessible to wheelchairs.
- A limited number of wheelchairs are available at the cloakroom for use within the museum.
Protect the Art
- Please do not touch the artwork or the objects.
- Food and drinks are not allowed in the galleries.
- Coloured pencils, ink pens and markers are not allowed in the galleries.
Respect Others
- Please show respect to others and avoid disruptive behaviour.
- Set your phone to vibrate and take calls outside the galleries.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Photography
- Unless otherwise noted, photography of special exhibitions, loaned artworks or artworks in the permanent collection is allowed for personal, non-commercial use using available light.
- Tripods, selfie sticks and flash photography are not permitted.
- For press inquiries, please email pressoffice@qm.org.qa. For photography or filming requests, please submit a Filming Request Form at least two weeks prior to the date you wish to film.
Amenities
- Restrooms are available on Level 3, 5 and 7. Changing tables are available inside ladies' restrooms.
- Prayer rooms are available on Level 7.
- Free Wi-Fi is available in the museum.
- 3-2-1 café offers light bites and beverages.
- Our on-site Gift Shop, located on Level 5, offers a vast array of exclusively designed products inspired by the 3-2-1 collection and temporary exhibitions.
